We describe the whole process in more detail on this page. Accepting our offer is all up to you. If you accept the offer, we’ll set up a closing usually within seven days. You won’t have to repair anything, pay for anything, or clean anything up. There’s no hassle involved. All it takes is one appointment and one agreement and you’re done! Need some moving money? Sometimes we can accommodate you and give you some money ahead of the closing. Not a promise but something we can discuss.

We are interested in homes in any condition that need a quick sale that can be purchased at a fair price. We will either renovate and resell the home or we will put a tenant in the property.

Real estate agents list properties and market the property to buyers and agents. It may take up to 3 to 6 months to find a buyer, get them financing and close the transaction. During this entire time, you are responsible for the payments, maintenance and security of the home. Once the transaction closes, you owe the buying and selling real estate agents their commissions and any closing costs that you are responsible for. This can add up to about 10% of the value of the home.
No. Once we make you an offer, it’s up to you to accept or decline the offer.
